The Southland Community Church Mission Leadership Team (MLT), through the collective faith promises of the congregation, will invest in ministry by partnering with ministries locally and around to world to reach others for Christ.

The Leadership Team meets monthly to plan and disburse funds. It also coordinates a mission celebration weekend each year.
