Linda Chrenko | Director
Linda Chrenko's passion is to help children grow in their faith, as well as learn social skills. She has twenty-plus years' experience as a preschool teacher. Linda's first opportunity to serve as a director was as an intern for a Parents' Day Out program where, she believes, God was training her for her current role at Southland Community Church.
Linda would say one of her greatest accomplishments has been the joy and satisfaction of raising her three children with her husband and helping them grow into successful men and women who love God. "Our family has grown from five to fifteen with four wonderful grandchildren." Linda is the founding director of The Learning Zone @ Southland, and along with her administrator, Cindy Arnot, and her wonderful team, has grown this ministry to one of the largest ministry-based daycares/preschools in Indiana.
Cindy Arnot | Administrator
Cindy has been the administrator for The Learning Zone since it's inception at Southland in 2013. Before that, she worked many years as a secretary/administrative assistant at Bridgeport Brass Company. She and her husband Dean, have three children and three grandchildren. Cindy enjoys spending time with her family and working.

Brittany Bennett
Director of Education
Brittany joined the TLZ staff in 2013, right out of high school. She began her career as a lead teacher in the Beautiful Babies, then moved on to a lead teacher in our preschool classroom. She mentored a year under Rene' as the Assistant Director of Education and is now our Director of Education. Her favorite part of the job is watching students develop a relationship with Christ. Brittany and her husband, Dalton, have two beautiful daughters, Ariel and Mae. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, crafting, and gardening.
